This webinar brings state workforce and education leaders together to explore how integrated systems move from vision to implementation. Participants will be introduced to key components of systems integration, with a focused look at data sharing, labor market analysis, and stakeholder (including employer) engagement as foundational tools for aligning programs and accelerating access to quality jobs.
State leaders will share concrete examples of how they are advancing integrated systems in practice, with emphasis on translating strategy into action. Panelists will discuss what enabled progress, the processes and structures they put in place, lessons learned along the way, and how integration efforts are being delivered at the program level. The session is designed to surface practical insights and peer lessons that participants can apply to strengthen and sustain integrated programs in their own states.
