This page highlights resources that describe funding flexibilities and waivers as well as other evidence-based innovations that states have implemented to improve Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) service delivery and outcomes. These resources also highlight emerging efforts to build foundational artificial intelligence (AI) skills and literacy across the workforce system. This page will be updated as new resources are developed.

Leveraging Statutory Flexibility
