Major changes occurred for the Trade Adjustment Assistance for Workers (TAA) program as of July 1st, 2022. Until further notice, new petitions or requests for reconsideration can’t be considered by the Department. However, for workers who were certified and separated from their place of employer on or before June 30, 2022, TAA benefits and services are still possible.
